prop-memo API & MCP
Read and write your challenges, memos, payouts, and EA accounts from an AI agent (Claude, etc.) or your own scripts. The pricing database, article search, and ELDRA's configuration assistant work without logging in.
What is an AI agent?
An AI that does research, writes files, and even operates other services for you, just by talking to it (Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Cursor, and others). MCP is a common way for an AI to use outside services as "tools." Connect prop-memo through MCP and the AI can compare prices, find articles, and even keep records of your challenges.
Ready in 2 steps
- 1
Open an AI agent
The easiest option is Claude Code — it walks through the setup for you.
- 2
Send it this page's URL and ask it to connect
Read https://prop-memo.com/en/api-docs and connect prop-memo's MCPThe AI reads this page and connects. Restart it if asked to. After that, just talk to it — try "compare FTMO and Fintokei's $100K plans" or "which futures firms allow automated trading?"
The pricing, article, and ELDRA tools work without a key. Add an "API key" (below) only if you want the AI to record your own challenges or payouts.
If you're deciding whether to use the semi-discretionary EA "ELDRA"
Ask the connected AI and it will tell you what ELDRA can do, whether your method can be built with it, and how to configure it for a given firm. ELDRA was built by this site's owner (intro page).
First time? ELDRA × AI agent basics (a step-by-step beginner's guide) is a good place to start.
- "What kind of EA is ELDRA? Tell me who it's for and who it isn't"
- "Can ELDRA be set up for a condition like "buy when RSI drops below 30"?"
- "Build a recommended .set for using ELDRA on a ¥20M Fintokei account"
- "Check this .set for configuration mistakes (I'll attach the file)"
- "Run a 2025 backtest on XAUUSD M15 and optimize the stop-loss distance"
ELDRA itself is free and unlimited for backtesting and demo accounts (download from note, in Japanese). Always verify any settings the AI builds with a backtest first.
You can automate backtesting and optimization too. With an AI agent that can run commands on your PC, like Claude Code, it can automatically repeat: launch the MT5 Strategy Tester → read the resulting report → adjust the settings.

For AI agents (connection steps)
An AI handed this page should connect using the steps below.
MCP server: https://prop-memo.com/mcp (Streamable HTTP, no key needed for the public tools)
Claude Code:
claude mcp add --transport http propmemo https://prop-memo.com/mcp
(only if the user has given you an API key eakey_..., add
--header "Authorization: Bearer <key>" at the end)
Other clients: add to the config file's mcpServers:
{"propmemo": {"type": "http", "url": "https://prop-memo.com/mcp"}}
If the tools don't show up after adding it, tell the user to restart the client.
If you can't connect, REST works the same way:
GET https://prop-memo.com/api/v1/plans?firm=fintokei
GET https://prop-memo.com/api/v1/articles?q=futures expected valueDetailed setup
1. Get an API key
The key is shared with the EA P&L tracker. Use the eakey_... issued from the P&L page's EA integration as is. Anyone with the key can edit your challenges, so don't hand it to anyone else.
2. Connect from an AI agent (MCP)
For Claude Code:
claude mcp add --transport http propmemo https://prop-memo.com/mcp \
--header "Authorization: Bearer eakey_xxxxxxxx"Example config for Claude Desktop and other MCP clients that support HTTP:
{
"mcpServers": {
"propmemo": {
"type": "http",
"url": "https://prop-memo.com/mcp",
"headers": { "Authorization": "Bearer eakey_xxxxxxxx" }
}
}
}If you only want the pricing, article, and ELDRA tools, you don't need a key (claude mcp add --transport http propmemo https://prop-memo.com/mcp). For ELDRA, see the intro page.
Once connected, just talk to it: "list my active challenges," "register Fintokei's Sapphire for ¥82,350," and so on.

3. REST API
The base URL is https://prop-memo.com/api/v1. Add the header Authorization: Bearer <API key>.
GET /api/v1/me/summary

- Deleting isn't supported (do it from the dashboard).
- Default User-Agents, like Python's urllib, can get blocked by Cloudflare (error 1010). Set a User-Agent header to any name you like (e.g. my-script/1.0).
- Advancing a phase or marking a breach automatically archives the linked EA account (same behavior as the dashboard).
- Prices are list prices (before coupons). Articles and pricing carry a "checked on" date, so treat old information as old.
