FAQ
Which TradingCult plan is recommended?
By expected value, it's 2-Step. Running the same assumptions through a one-year simulation, at 1% per trade and a 55% win rate, 2-Step made +$22,125, or +$24,854 with the 90% split add-on (TradingCult's expected value). 1-Step caps total payouts at $6,000 per account (on a $100K account), so it's not suited to an account you want to keep earning from long-term.
Can I use an EA?
No, not on either evaluation or Funded for 2-Step and Instant. The official help center treats using an EA, bot, or algorithm as an instant fail (a hard breach). 1-Step allows an EA only during evaluation — it's banned on the Funded account.
What's the payout cap on 1-Step?
On 1-Step's Funded account, total payouts (after the split) are capped at 6% of the starting balance (5% for accounts over $200K). Profit beyond that is voided, and once an account hits the cap it can no longer trade. The Funded account also requires your best day to be at most 25% of profit at withdrawal time.
Is the fee refundable?
No, not even if you pass. You can only request a refund within 7 days of purchase and only if you haven't traded at all.
When can I start withdrawing?
For 2-Step, the first request can be made 14 days after your first trade on the Funded account; for 1-Step it's 15 days, then every 14 days after (for Instant it's 5 days first, then every 15 days). The payout amount must be at least $100. Payment is via crypto or Rise.
Is there Japanese support?
The official site has a Japanese display option, but the help center is English-only.
