The5ers Payout Report: $1,230.86 the Day After Requesting (1st), $3,545.67 (2nd) — Yellow Card Lifted, No Interview Either Time [September 2026]

Published: 9/10/2026Updated: 9/25/2026

※ On September 25, 2026 we added the 2nd payout and the lifting of the yellow card. This article is based on payouts the site owner actually made on their The5ers funded account ($100K High Stakes) on September 8-9, 2026, plus The5ers's official FAQ "Withdrawals – Everything You Need to Know" (updated August 24, 2026). The account number, trade details, and strategy specifics are withheld.

📢 Ad / affiliate disclosure: This article contains prop-memo.com's affiliate link for The5ers (🎁).

📢 Ad / affiliate disclosure: We have carried The5ers's affiliate link since September 25, 2026 (we became a partner after confirming the 2nd payout).

TL;DR: paid both times, and fast

  • Requested on September 8, "Your payment has been completed" at 22:31 JST on September 9. Faster than the official FAQ's guidance of "24-48 business hours review + up to 3 business days processing"
  • Requested $1,499 → received $1,230.86 (USDT, TRC20, deposited to Trust Wallet). No interview requested, no extra documents requested
  • Crypto is capped at $1,500 per request (3.5% fee), so we requested $1,499 — just under the cap — and left the rest of the profit on the account for next time (14 days later). Rise (3.5%) was on hold because the Rise-side KYC was stuck at the proof-of-address stage
  • Before withdrawing, we found 2 trades in the Hub's trade history that were supposedly closed but had blank settlement data. Support fixed it in 3 minutes with "Account synced." Worth checking your history before requesting a payout
  • The payout-completion email also came bundled with an offer for "a free $20K Bootcamp evaluation account if you post proof of payment on social media within 7 days" and a Trustpilot review request. Keep that in mind when reading Trustpilot's review count
  • The 2nd payout email, "payment completed," arrived at 23:02 JST on September 24, for $3,545.67. Received in full via Rise, also with no interview or extra documents. The Rise KYC that had been stuck for the 1st payout went through
  • Based on this, we lifted The5ers's yellow card on September 25, 2026. That said, the interview clause remains in the terms as of the September 23, 2026 version
  • Bulk trading (opening multiple positions at once) and copy trading are the two things most likely to get you banned. Both are explicitly listed as prohibited

Timeline

Date/time (JST)Event
July 25, 06:15Evaluation pass notification (previously reported)
July 26, 19:52Warning from the Risk Management team about one-sided bets. The funded account was activated roughly 20 hours after replying
September 1, 06:042 trades in the Hub's trade history showed as closed but had blank settlement date/time and P&L. Filed a support ticket
September 1, 06:073 minutes later: "Account synced successfully. Please refresh your page"
September 8, 19:32Asked for another sync before withdrawing → same reply at 00:11 on September 9 (about 5 hours)
September 8Requested a $1,499 payout from the Hub in crypto (USDT, TRC20) — just under the $1,500 crypto cap
September 9, 22:31Email: "Your payment has been completed
September 9, 22:31-22:33At the same time, an "invitation to Trader Spotlight (video interview)" and a Trustpilot review-request email
September 9The Hub's stats badge showed "Payment received $1,230.86 High Stakes, 100K"
September 9Confirmed the USDT (TRC20) deposit landed in Trust Wallet

No interview was requested. The clause we flagged in July's article — "if an interview is requested, you must book and complete it within 5 business days or your withdrawal is denied" — is still in the terms, but it wasn't triggered for this payout.

This time, it took roughly 1 day from request to completion email — the fast end of the official estimate.

Withdrawal methods and fees (revised August 24, 2026)

MethodFeeCap / conditions
Rise3.5%Rise-side KYC required. The Rise email must match the email registered with The5ers
Crypto3.5%Up to $1,500 per request. USDT (TRC20) / USDC (ERC20) / ETH / LTC
Bank transfer3.5% + bank fees-
Hub credit0%Can only be used to buy a challenge. Cannot be withdrawn

Our payment methods guide previously listed Rise and crypto at 2% and bank transfer at 3%, but the official FAQ now lists all of them at 3.5% (we've corrected that article too).

This time's numbers: requested $1,499 → received $1,230.86

ItemAmount
Requested amount$1,499
Received amount (USDT, TRC20)$1,230.86
Difference$268.14 (17.9% of the requested amount)

The Hub shows "80/20 split available," so 80% of $1,499 = $1,199.20, minus a 3.5% fee, should come to $1,157.23 — but the actual received amount was about $73 more than that. Neither the Hub nor the completion email breaks down the split rate, fees, or network fees, so we haven't been able to verify the exact formula behind this gap. What we can confirm from measurement is: "roughly 82% of the requested amount arrives in USDT."

The operator's decision: withdraw within the crypto cap, leave the rest

Since the profit exceeded the crypto cap, there were three options.

  1. Withdraw up to $1,500 in crypto, roll the rest over to next time ← what we did this time
  2. Take the full amount via Rise. Not possible right now, since the Rise-side KYC is stuck at the proof-of-address stage
  3. Take it as Hub credit and put it toward the next challenge. 0% fee, but it never becomes cash

Given that we've written elsewhere "don't leave profit sitting at a yellow-card firm," leaving some behind wasn't our first choice. Even so, this time we prioritized confirming that at least one payout would land as fast as possible, and requested $1,499 — just under the cap. We're working on the Rise KYC in parallel. The next request is in 14 days.

Trades with blank settlement data found before withdrawing

In the Hub's trade history, 2 trades that should have settled on August 11 and August 19 showed blank settlement date/time, settlement price, P&L, and status. Every other trade had all fields filled in, so it was possible these 2 were being treated as "still open."

Since the payout review is presumably based on this history, we sent support the following before requesting the payout:

  • Account ID, order ID
  • Trade ID, symbol, direction, open date/time, entry price, and lot size for the 2 trades in question
  • "Every other trade has settlement data but these 2 are blank — I want to confirm this isn't affecting the P&L or target calculations"

The reply came 3 minutes later: "Account synced successfully. Please refresh your page now." After refreshing, the fields were filled in. Since it came back in 3 minutes in the middle of the night (outside CET business hours), it's likely a routine sync job. When we asked again on September 8 just to be safe, it took about 5 hours.

We'd recommend adding "check the Hub's 'Closed' tab to confirm every trade has settlement data" to your process before requesting a payout. A single support ticket fixes it if anything's blank.

What came bundled with the payout-completion email

The body of the "your payment has been completed" email, after the line "a payment of $1,230.86 is being processed," continued with:

  • A free $20K Bootcamp evaluation account: post proof of payment to Facebook / Instagram / Telegram / X within 7 days, tag The5ers, mark them as your "favorite firm" on Prop Firm Match, and send the post link and a screenshot to help@. One account per person, non-transferable, and subsequent times may only give Hub credit
  • A notice that a Trustpilot follow-up email would be sent (it did arrive, 2 minutes later)
  • A separate email inviting us to Trader Spotlight (a one-on-one video interview with a member of the live trading room)

Designing this to trade a social-media post and a review for the payout is exactly what our July article flagged as "Sign 6: frequency of review prompts." When you look at Trustpilot's review count and 5-star ratio, discount for the boost from this post-payout incentive. That firms actually pay out is a fact, and the posting incentive isn't illegal, but our assessment doesn't change: it's weak grounds for "4.8 stars means it's safe."

The 2nd payout (September 24, 2026)

At 23:02 JST on September 24, a "your payment has been completed" email arrived confirming a payment of $3,545.67, and we received the full amount via Rise. Since the amount exceeded the crypto cap of $1,500 per request, we used Rise this time. As with the 1st payout, no interview or extra documents were requested. It came roughly 2 weeks after the 1st payout, right on the official "every 2 weeks from the last approval" cycle. The completion email came with the same "post proof of payment on social media within 7 days for a free $20K Bootcamp evaluation account" offer as the 1st payout.

Yellow-card status (lifted on September 25, 2026)

We're updating the 5 conditions from July's article that would drop The5ers to red, based on this payout.

ConditionAs of July 27As of September 25
Multiple independent reports of payout denial / profit reversal⚠️ 1 (unverified)⚠️ Unchanged. No payout denial on our own account
Chronic payout delays❌ Not observed❌ Both payouts completed right on the 2-week cycle
Retroactive application of terms❌ Not observed❌ Not observed
Support going silent during activation/payout review❌ Responded in ~20 hours❌ Responded in 3 minutes and ~5 hours
Trustpilot rating suspended❌ Not observed❌ Not observed

We lifted the yellow card on September 25, 2026. Both payouts on our own account went through with no interview, and none of the conditions for dropping to red have occurred. See the top of the yellow-card article for the full reasoning.

That said, the interview clause that was the main reason for the yellow card (if asked for an interview, you must book and complete it within 5 business days) still remains in the September 23, 2026 version of the terms. It's a fact that it wasn't triggered this time, but as long as the clause exists, "it could be triggered" hasn't changed. Keep checking your email daily while a withdrawal request is pending.

Bulk trading and copy trading are the most common causes of a ban

The5ers's prohibited-conduct list explicitly names bulk trading (opening multiple trades at once, whether manually or via automated tools) and copy trading (copying or linking with other traders or other accounts). Violating this means "the relationship is terminated, with no refund or profit processed, and a permanent ban."

These are also the two most commonly cited reasons for losing an account in the prop community, and repeating either after being warned gets you ejected immediately. Even affiliate marketers have been banned for this — one case involved someone who, after being warned, kept opening the same positions across multiple accounts simultaneously using a copy tool. At The5ers, the safe rule is don't use copy tools, and don't open multiple positions at the same time.

A checklist for anyone withdrawing from The5ers

  1. Check the Hub's trade history for blanks. If you find any, file a ticket asking for a sync (3 minutes to a few hours)
  2. Confirm you have 3+ profitable days (the consistency-rule field in the Hub)
  3. Decide your withdrawal method first. Under $1,500, crypto (USDT/TRC20 keeps network fees low too) is fastest. Above that, finish Rise's KYC through the proof-of-address step ahead of time — that's where we're currently stuck. If you're putting it toward your next challenge, Hub credit (0% fee) works
  4. Check your email every day after requesting. If an interview is requested, you need to both book and complete it within 5 business days
  5. The completion email's "post within 7 days for a free $20K Bootcamp" — regardless of whether you take it — has a 7-day deadline, so decide early
  6. The next request opens 14 days after the last approval. The Hub's withdrawal button shows the days remaining

FAQ

Q. How many days did it take from request to payment?

We requested on September 8, and the "payment in progress" completion email arrived at 22:31 JST on September 9. The official FAQ's guidance is 24-48 business hours of review plus up to 3 business days of processing — this landed at the fast end of that range.

Q. Was an interview or extra KYC requested?

No. The5ers's own KYC was completed when the account was activated, and this payout required no extra documents or interview. If you receive via Rise, Rise's own separate KYC (identity and address verification) is required — we're currently stuck at the address-verification step.

Q. Can you withdraw the full amount in crypto?

Only up to $1,500 per request. We requested $1,499 — just under the cap — in USDT (TRC20), and received it in Trust Wallet. Anything above that goes through Rise (3.5%, KYC required) or bank transfer (3.5% + bank fees). Hub credit has a 0% fee but can't be withdrawn — it can only be used to buy a challenge.

Q. How much was deducted in fees?

We received $1,230.86 against a $1,499 request, a difference of $268.14 (17.9%). That's more than the $1,157 you'd get by simply applying the Hub's stated 80/20 split and 3.5% fee — the breakdown isn't shown in either the Hub or the completion email. As a practical rule of thumb from our own measurement: "about 82% of the requested amount arrives."

Q. What happens to your balance after withdrawing?

The withdrawn profit is deducted from the balance, and the rest stays on the account. Our account still shows profit eligible for an 80/20 split after the withdrawal, and we can request again in 14 days.

Q. Was the yellow card lifted?

Yes. The 2nd payout ($3,545.67, received in full via Rise on September 24) also completed with no interview, so we lifted it on September 25, 2026. The interview clause remains in the terms, so keep checking your email daily while a withdrawal request is pending.

Q. What's the single most important thing to avoid getting banned?

Don't use copy tools, and don't open multiple positions at the same time. Bulk trading and copy trading are both explicitly listed as prohibited, and repeating either after a warning gets you ejected immediately.

How to Convert a The5ers Payout to Yen: Rise → USDC → DAI → bitbank Fees and Tax Math (September 2026)

The actual steps I used to convert a The5ers payout to yen: receive USDC via Rise, send it to Trust Wallet on Arbitrum, swap for DAI, then cash out on bitbank. bitbank doesn't handle USDC, but DAI deposits on Arbitrum are free. Fees: 1 USDC from Rise to wallet, 0.2% for the swap, 0.12% to sell on bitbank. Tax treatment splits into three parts because USDC is an 'electronic payment instrument' and DAI is a 'crypto asset': the payout itself, USDC's FX gain/loss, and DAI's trading gain/loss. Includes a worked example for a $3,545.67 payout.

We've Lifted The5ers' Yellow Card: Two Successful Payouts, But the Interview Clause and Bulk-Trading Ban Still Stand [Updated September 2026]

This site issued The5ers a yellow card in July 2026, and lifted it on September 25, 2026. Both payouts from the owner's $100K High Stakes funded account went through with no interview required, and none of the conditions for a red-card downgrade have occurred. That said, the clause requiring an interview to be scheduled and completed within 5 business days — or pending payouts get denied — is still in the September 23, 2026 version of the terms. The single biggest cause of bans is bulk trading (opening multiple positions at once) and copy trading, so don't use copy tools. The six warning signs from July are kept below as background.
