TL;DR

  • On a Funded7 2-phase ¥2M account, I started the evaluation on March 5, 2026, and the account was closed on September 23
  • The evaluation was passed in 18 days for Phase 1, 14 days for Phase 2
  • There were 2 funded accounts after passing. Combined P&L was +¥1,413,539 (per the tracker's records)
  • The fee was ¥10,530 (using a half-off coupon). It was later refunded, so the actual out-of-pocket cost was zero
  • 12 payouts, totaling ¥1,147,040 on record (including the final settlement of ¥200,000). About 109x the fee
  • The only EA used was Hosono P's semi-discretionary EA "ELDRA." Running it on this account fed directly into a number of ELDRA updates
  • From the start, I assumed "you can probably get about ¥1M out of any single firm" and picked the smallest, ¥2M account. The result beat that estimate

Why I chose the ¥2M account

Prop firms can end the relationship at any time under a discretionary clause in their terms. So from the start, I assumed there would eventually be a ceiling on how much you could get out of any single firm.

The ceiling I assumed was around ¥1M. If that's all you need to get out of it, there's no reason to go with a bigger account. My approach was to pick the cheapest account — ¥2M — and move on to the next firm once I'd taken it as far as that ceiling. The fee, using a half-off coupon, was ¥10,530, and it was later refunded.

The only thing I used was ELDRA

From evaluation to closure, this account was run entirely on Hosono P's semi-discretionary EA "ELDRA." ELDRA is the EA we give as a bonus to anyone who purchases a partner firm's challenge through this site.

Running it on a real account for a long stretch surfaced a lot of small improvements for operating within prop-firm rules, and quite a few of them made their way into ELDRA updates. I'm not going to get into the specific settings or instruments used here.

2026-09-23¥200,000 (final settlement)
Total¥1,147,040

Against a ¥10,530 fee, total payouts came to about 109x. Since the fee was refunded, the actual out-of-pocket cost was zero.

The biggest stretch was 3 payouts from late June through July, totaling ¥696,000. In September, a payout was temporarily held up during review (the details are covered in Funded7's payout held up by OREF "Rule 1").

About the "graduation"

On September 23, 2026, Funded7 notified me that the account would be closed, and I received ¥200,000 as a final settlement. The full settlement landed the next day, September 24, and my affiliate commission was paid on the same day too.

Per an agreement with the firm, I won't go into the details of why the account was closed. What I can say is this: even though the account ended, every payout up to that point, plus the final settlement, was paid exactly as promised.

What I learned from this account

  1. Start small, assuming there's a ceiling on how much you can get from any one firm. Adding more firms is more reliable than making one account bigger
  2. Withdraw often. Whenever the account ends, the money you've already taken out stays yours
  3. A prop firm can end the relationship at its own discretion, under its terms. That doesn't change no matter how much you're making. Don't depend on just one firm

BrightFunded, Measured: The Cheapest Loss-Room Unit Price on This Site — But That's the Price Before Add-Ons

Dubai-based BrightFunded, measured directly against the official comparison table and checkout across 3 plans and all 6 sizes on September 23, 2026. 2-Step Classic's fee per $1,000 of loss room is $57.0 — the cheapest of any plan listed on this site. But that price is before add-ons: +20% of the fee for a 90% profit split, +25% for weekly payouts, and stacking everything brings the total to 1.8x. On top of that, billing is in euros, and Trustpilot's rating is suspended while the official site keeps displaying '4.5.'

Funded Trader Markets (FTM), Measured Directly | Martingale Officially Allowed and Among the Cheapest Per-Dollar-of-Drawdown, But No Track Record to Back It Up

I measured Dubai-based prop firm Funded Trader Markets directly on September 23, 2026, pulling list prices for 5 programs across every size from the official purchase configurator. The firm officially allows martingale and layering within a single account, permits EAs on every account and every phase, and even allows copying from accounts at other firms — an unusually permissive setup. Its fee per $1,000 of loss allowance on 2 Step Plus is $99.8, among the cheapest of any firm listed on this site. On the other hand, its Trustpilot rating is suspended after fake reviews were removed, its IP/VPN restrictions are among the strictest in the industry, and there are multiple places on its own site where the wording contradicts itself, like 'up to 100% profit' vs. 'Up to 90%.'

MyFundedPerps Measured Firsthand | 3 Plans Are Rule-for-Rule Identical to Breakout Prop — the Difference Is Price and an Official API

On September 23, 2026, I measured every number for MyFundedPerps — the crypto perpetuals prop firm that joined the MyFundedFutures family — directly from the official site and documentation. The surprise: the profit target, max DD, and daily loss on its 3 plans match Breakout Prop's 3 plans exactly (9%/3%, 12%/5%, 10%/6%, daily loss 3% across the board). At list price it's 9% more expensive than Breakout; only during the 20% sale does it become 13% cheaper. The biggest differences are an official REST API and sandbox, and access to 127 symbols including gold and stocks. Track record, though, is close to zero — 37 Trustpilot reviews, profile opened September 2026 — and there's a trap where the max-loss line permanently locks to the starting balance after your first withdrawal.

Funded7's Payout Was Held Under OREF "Rule 1" | Explaining the MIN(median×2.5, Q3+1.5×IQR) Consistency Review With a Real Review Email [September 2026]

A Funded7 payout request came back DELAYED for failing "Rule 1 (Consistency): Position Sizing" R1A. We break down the official FAQ's allowable threshold — MIN(median×2.5, Q3+1.5×IQR) — using real figures from a review email sent to this site's owner (median ¥1,240,946, IQR ¥17,094, threshold ¥1,274,058, largest position ¥1,294,723). Covers why keeping your lot size too consistent shrinks the threshold, why a fixed-lot BTC EA gets caught, how it differs from Rule 2/Rule 3, why profit isn't confiscated, and how to think about passing on the next review.
