[September 2026] We calculated Tradeify's expected value | At zero edge all 3 formats give a small profit; with an edge, Select Daily wins

Published: 9/25/2026

※ Pricing and rules were confirmed against Tradeify's official pricing cards (tradeify.co) and help center (help.tradeify.co) on September 25, 2026. The figures are Monte Carlo results and do not guarantee future performance.

TL;DR

  • All plans are one-time purchases with no activation fee. $50K is $145 for Growth, $165 for Select (choose Flex or Daily after passing). 40% off with coupon SEP through September 30
  • At zero edge, all plans post a small profit. At 0.30 lots: Growth +$1,255, Select Daily +$1,132, Select Flex +$1,118
  • At "medium" edge, Select Daily wins. You can withdraw daily above a $52,100 balance, coming to +$24,218/year at 0.30 lots
  • None of them reach FTMO Futures Pro (+$4,836 at zero edge)
  • Bots are allowed, but you must prove ownership with a live video of yourself launching the code, and using the same bot at multiple firms violates the terms

With Select, you choose Flex or Daily when you pass, and can't change it later. Once funded, the number of contracts starts at 20 micros for Select and increases with profit.

Rules common to all plans:

  • Max loss updates at end-of-day close, but is checked in real time (breach it intraday and you fail on the spot)
  • Up to 5 funded accounts (across all plans combined)
  • Fee is a round-trip $2.12 on MGC (official)
  • Moving to live is "considered" after 3 payouts on one account or 10 total payouts. It's not automatic
  • Trustpilot 4.4 (4,802 reviews). Doesn't match the "4.8" shown on the official site. Japan is not on the restricted-country list

There's also an instant-funding plan called Lightning ($492), but it uses a different structure where payout targets and consistency change with each round, so it wasn't included in this comparison.

Automated trading

The official Guidelines for Traders permit bots "under certain conditions."

We scan to ensure there are no similar orders on other accounts. We will also require a live video of you enabling the code on your own PC.

  • Proof of ownership: you're required to provide a live video of yourself launching the code on your own PC
  • Using the same bot at multiple firms is prohibited ("across multiple firms is against Tradeify's policy")
  • HFT bots are prohibited
  • The 10-second rule (funded accounts only): to request a payout, more than half of your trades and more than half of your profit must come from trades held longer than 10 seconds. Failing to meet this doesn't fail the account — it just blocks payouts
  • VPS: "You must not log in via VPN/VPS. Once you've logged in normally, you may trade via VPS at your own risk"
  • Group trading across your own accounts is allowed. Copying from someone else is not. Hedging between your own accounts is also prohibited

Assumptions

Same as the FTMO Futures expected-value article.

  • One trade per trading day on micro gold (MGC). With a 0.6% stop loss, a loss on 0.10 lots (1 MGC contract) is $262
  • Same lot size in evaluation and once funded. 1 year (252 trading days)
  • Prices are list price (since SEP ends September 30)
  • For plans with a daily loss limit, lot size is capped (up to 0.30) so that a single loss fits within the daily loss
  • Growth's payout cap is approximated at $2,500 from the second payout onward; Select Daily is calculated at $1,250 per payout
  • Nothing is counted after moving to live

Result ①: annual expected value at a uniform 0.30 lots

SkillGrowthSelect FlexSelect Daily
−0.04R−$335−$369−$401
Zero edge+$1,255 (52%)+$1,118 (53%)+$1,132 (53%)
Small (50% win rate, 1.2 payoff ratio)+$7,107+$7,464+$7,814
Medium (55% win rate, 1.2 payoff ratio)+$19,405+$23,600+$24,218
Strong (60% win rate, 1.2 payoff ratio)+$34,462+$41,952+$44,444

The figure in parentheses is the probability of ending in the black. "Strong" is a reference value that basically nobody hits in reality.

  • At zero edge, all three formats are nearly identical, at +$1,100–$1,300/year. The probability of ending positive is a bit over 50%
  • With an edge, Select pulls ahead. There's no consistency rule once funded, and Daily lets you withdraw every day while Flex lets you withdraw every 5 profit days
  • Growth is held back by its 35% consistency rule once funded and its small initial payout cap ($1,500 on the first payout), and the gap widens the more edge you have

Result ②: cash flow (0.30 lots)

Annual costAnnual payout receivedEvaluations passedNumber of payoutsFunded accounts lost
Growth, zero edge$2,848$4,1036.52.86.2
Select Daily, zero edge$3,425$4,5576.96.06.6
Select Daily, medium$1,208$25,4263.934.53.0

Result ③: the best setup

SkillGrowthSelect FlexSelect Daily
Zero edge+$1,255 (0.30)+$1,408 (0.50)+$1,132 (0.30)
Medium+$19,405 (0.30)+$28,078 (0.50)+$24,218 (0.30)

The figure in parentheses is the lot size. Since Select Flex has no daily loss limit, raising it to 0.50 lots brings it to +$28,078/year at "medium" edge.

Comparison with FTMO Futures and Topstep ($50K, 0.30 lots)

SkillTradeify GrowthTradeify Select DailyFTMO Futures ProTopstep
Zero edge+$1,255+$1,132+$4,836+$2,519
Medium+$19,405+$24,218+$26,306+$24,982

Caveats

  • SEP (40% off) only applies for the first 5 purchases. After that it's 30% off, and it ends September 30. It's unconfirmed whether it also applies to resets
  • The time limit for activating a passed evaluation is only described as "a certain period," with no specific number of days given
  • It's unclear from the text whether proof of ownership via a live video is required of everyone, or only of accounts that get flagged

FAQ

Q. Which plan should I buy?

If you're not confident in your edge, go with Growth $50K ($145). At zero edge it led all three formats at +$1,255/year, though the gap is small. If you have an edge, go with Select and choose Daily once you pass (+$24,218/year at "medium" edge).

Q. Can I run a bot on a VPS?

You can't log in via VPS, but according to the official FAQ, once you've logged in normally, you may trade via VPS "at your own risk." Using the same bot at another firm as well would violate the terms.

At 'medium' edge, Bulenox Qualification (+$25,529), Topstep (+$24,982), and Tradeify Select Daily (+$24,218) lead. None of them reach Category A's (fully automated OK) leader, FTMO Futures Pro (+$4,836 at zero edge). The Trading Pit is the only one that explicitly allows VPS; TradeDay and Topstep ban it.

We compared the three plans (Launch, Propel, Orbit) at futures prop BluSky Trading using a Monte Carlo simulation run for one year, from evaluation through payout. Verified pricing, reset fees, the Buffer Zone, and payout terms on the official help center and pricing page on September 25, 2026. It's a 3-stage model — Evaluation → Buffer Zone → Sim Funded — and failing the Buffer Zone doesn't send you back to redo the evaluation. At 0.30 lots and zero edge, Propel $50K (code 30OFF brings it to $112/month) is best at +$2,988/year. Orbit's 30-day deadline is a heavy burden, and it comes out negative at zero edge.

At 0.30 lots and zero edge, Momentum (end-of-day) comes out best at +$2,047/year; with 'medium' edge, Qualification leads at +$25,529. [September 2026] We Calculated Funded Futures Network (FFN)'s Expected Value: Both Plans Negative at Zero Edge, STEADY Wins With Edge Thanks to Faster Payouts

We compared futures prop firm Funded Futures Network (FFN)'s two plans (Standard MAX and STEADY) with a 1-year Monte Carlo simulation running from evaluation through payout. Pricing, reset fees, buffer requirements, and payout conditions confirmed on the official help center and pricing page on September 25, 2026. At 0.30 lots and zero edge, both are negative: Standard MAX at −$312/year, STEADY at −$516/year. The requirement to build a $2,000 + $500 buffer on the funded account before any payout is the biggest drag. With edge, STEADY pulls ahead since it drops the consistency rule after passing and allows daily payouts.
